Ingredients
1/4 pound of butter (115 g)
3/4 cup brown sugar (100 g)
1/4 cup sugar (70 g)
1 unit egg (50 g)
1 egg yolk (10 g)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (2 g)
2 tablespoons fécula de maíz (cornstarch) (20 g)
1 1/2 cups wheat flour (180 g)
3/4 teaspoon baking soda (4 g)
1 1/4 tablespoons cocoa powder (18 g)
1/6 teaspoon table salt (2 g)
18 drops of red food coloring (3 g)
3/4 cup cream cheese (150 g)
4 tablespoons condensed milk (40 g)

STEP 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
STEP 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla. Beat for approximately 8 minutes or until the mixture becomes pale and creamy.
Add the egg and egg yolk one by one, without stopping the beating. Set aside.
STEP 3: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the fécula de maíz, wheat flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. Sift all ingredients to remove any lumps.
Gradually add the dry ingredients in four parts to the mixture from the previous step, beating until fully incorporated. Finally, add the red food coloring and mix well.
Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
STEP 4: Prepare the Filling
In a separate container, mix the cream cheese and condensed milk until well combined.
Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Using your fingers, make a deep hole in the dough and insert a small amount of the cream cheese and condensed milk mixture. Close the cookie dough again.
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie.
STEP 5: Bake
